Comfortable room furnished with everything a traveler could need: towels, fridge, hot water kettle and instant coffee, clothes iron, hair dryer, city map, comfortable bed, and decent shower. There was even a multi-plug, multi-voltage adapter in the bathroom. I was impressed with how quiet my room was (second floor, back of the building), given the central location. It was basically across the street from the airport tram, and it was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go in Florence. The building is secure but easy to access. And, luggage storage after my stay was no problem. The staff was quite friendly, although don't expect to see them on site at all hours. I'd definitely come back here on a future trip to Florence!

I was treated like a celebrity. The two hosts Freddie and Marco were amazing. I hope I have got Freddie's name correctly. He is very welcoming he always welcome you with a beautiful smile. Nothing is too big for them. Marco gave me a charger for my mobile phone. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is continental. Everything is laid out so beautifully. There's plenty to choose.. It's close to the station and the shops. Plenty of beautiful churches around the area. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who's going to Florence.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent as it's so close to the centre of Florence and handy for buses and trams. We had everything we needed and the staff made sure the room was serviced every day. The air con was a welcome relief from the heat! Arrangements for getting access to the building were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of amenities nearby.

There were fresh towels everyday and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of extras, soap, shampoo, coffee etc. The location was great, just across from the station and the little cafe on the corner was brilliant, lovely products at very reasonable prices.

The hotel is just 3 minutes from the main railway station and 1 minute from the airport tram. Our room was on the ground floor so no steps apart from the grand entrance ones and was at the back of the hotel so no sound from the local traffic outside. the hotel room has a small fridge and a safe.
